Asslamualikum w.w.
I like to know if gusal become farad if cream applicator insert onto the privet part? I have infection around that area and doctor has prescribed me cream which I have to insert using applicator provided with it.

If medication is put in the front private part of a women in such a way that there is no desire than Ghusl will not be necessary[1]

قال فى التجنيس: رجل ادخل اصبعه فى دبره وهو صائم اختلف فى وجوب الغسل والقضاء’ والمختار انه لا يجب الغسل ولاالقضاء’ لان الاصبع ليس الة للجماع’ وقيد بالدبر لان المختار وجوب الغسل فى القبل اذا قصدت الاستمتاع’ لان الشهوة فيهن غالبة فيقام السبب مقام المسبب دون الدبر لعدمها. نوح افندى
وقوله وقيد الخ من كلام نوح افندى ـ وقوله لان المختار وجوب الغسل الخ بحث سبقه اليه شارح المنيه’ حيث قال والاولى ان يجب فى القبل الخ . شامى ج1-ص166
واما فى القبل فذكر فى شرح التنوير ان المختار عدمه ايضا وحكى ان العلامة نوح ان المختار فيه الوجوب اذا قصدت الاستمتاع لان الشهوة فيهن غالبة فيقام السبب مقام المسبب’ فاختلف الترجيح باالنسبة لادخال الاصبع فى قبل المراة’افاده السيد
