Transfer fees in Zakaat

If I transfer money overseas for Zakaat than I will have to pay transfer fees. Will the fees be counted towards Zakaat?

We received your query regarding whether transfer fees are included or not in one’s Zakaat. Our response is as follows:
The fees will not be included in the Zakaat, the payable percentage should be levied from a separate amount and not from Zakaat funds.
